Find here the complete list of documents necessary for each type of service.

ISEE Application

  • ID, CF and Residence Permit.
  • Income from 2 years ago (730/CU/Unico).
  • Employment contract / Last pay slip.
  • Balance and Average Balance (2 years ago).
  • Land registry or rent.

730 / Income

  • CU, 730 or UNICO from the previous year.
  • Tax substitute data and IBAN.
  • Deductible expenses (Medical, Mortgage, etc).
  • Employment contract / Last pay slip.

IMU Calculation

  • Updated Land Registry.
  • Land registry data for houses and land.
  • Any ownership shares.

Disability and Social

  • Disability: Telemedicine medical certificate.
  • ID/CF of applicant and spouse.
  • Estimated income for the current year.
  • IBAN and hospitalization data (if applicable).
  • Social Allowance: Residence for 10 years.

Pensions

  • ID/CF of applicant and spouse.
  • Date of marriage / death / judgment.
  • Income (CU, 730, Unico) and ObisM.
  • Latest pay slips or business income.
  • IBAN for credit.

Maternity and Bonus

  • Maternity: Medical certificate and pay slip.
  • Nido Bonus: Minor's tax code and daycare.
  • Certification of insertion and paid invoices.
  • Updated ISEE model.
  • IBAN of the person paying the invoices.

Residence and Renewals

  • Permit Kit: Passport and Permit.
  • CUD, UNILAV and last 3 pay slips.
  • Residence Card: A2 Test or Diploma.
  • Criminal record and pending charges.
  • € 16.00 revenue stamp.

Family and Housing

  • Reunification: ID and Income.
  • Health insurance (for parents >65).
  • Housing suitability: Floor plan.
  • Lease contract or property deed.
  • Hospitality declaration (Mod. S1/S2).

Citizenship

  • Birth certificate (legalized).
  • Foreign criminal record (legalized).
  • Income from the last 3 years.
  • Certification of Italian language (level B1).
  • History of residences in Italy.
